The Journal of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Advancement is committed to providing long-term digital preservation of its content. To ensure the accessibility and usability of our published articles, we adhere to the following archiving policies:

Our journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system, which creates a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. Additionally, we utilize the CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system, which is a not-for-profit, multi-publisher initiative that provides a sustainable and responsible archiving solution.

We also comply with the standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), which require journals to have a clear policy on digital preservation. Our content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY), which allows for the free use, sharing, and distribution of our articles.

Our archiving policies are as follows:

  • Article Preservation: We ensure that all published articles are preserved in a secure and permanent archive, which can be accessed in the event of a disaster or system failure.
  • Metadata Preservation: We preserve the metadata associated with each article, including the title, authors, abstract, and keywords, to facilitate discovery and citation.
  • Content Versioning: We maintain a record of all changes made to published articles, including corrections, updates, and retractions, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Archiving Frequency: Our content is archived regularly, with a minimum frequency of once per year, to ensure that our articles remain accessible and usable over time.

By implementing these archiving policies, the Journal of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Advancement ensures the long-term preservation of its content and provides a reliable and trustworthy source of academic information for researchers, scholars, and practitioners.
