Article Processing Charge
The Journal of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Advancement is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. As part of our efforts to maintain the quality and credibility of our journal, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs associated with the publication process.
The APC for the Journal of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Advancement is $500, which will be invoiced to the corresponding author upon acceptance of the manuscript. This fee includes the costs of peer review, editing, formatting, and online hosting, as well as the maintenance of our online platform and the implementation of our digital preservation strategy.
Our journal adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the integrity and validity of the research published in our journal. All articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY) license, which allows for the free distribution and reuse of the material, provided that the original authors and source are properly cited.
The APC covers the following services:
- Peer review and editorial processing
- Editing and formatting of the manuscript
- Online hosting and maintenance of the journal's website
- Digital preservation of the published content
- Indexing and abstracting in major academic databases, including SCOPUS
By paying the APC, authors support the journal's mission to provide a high-quality, open-access platform for the dissemination of research in the field of human resource management and knowledge advancement. The APC is non-refundable, and payment is required before the article is published.
