Archiving Policy
The Journal of Leadership and Governance for Organizational Futures is committed to providing long-term digital preservation of its content. To ensure the archival integrity of our publications, we adhere to the following standards and policies:
Our journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system, which creates a network of preservation archives that crawl and cache our content. This ensures that our publications are preserved and remain accessible in the event of a catastrophic failure or other disruption.
In addition, we deposit our content in several international archives, including:
- Portico: a digital preservation service that provides a secure and reliable archive of our publications
- CLOCKSS: a collaborative archive that preserves our content through a network of libraries and institutions
- DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) archives: which provides a comprehensive and authoritative list of open access journals
We also comply with the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines, which emphasize the importance of preserving the integrity of the academic record. Our journal operates under a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that all manuscripts are thoroughly evaluated and validated before publication.
All articles published in the Journal of Leadership and Governance for Organizational Futures are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY), which allows for the free distribution and reuse of our content, provided that the original author and source are properly cited.
By adhering to these standards and policies, we ensure that our journal's content is preserved for the long-term benefit of the academic community, and that our publications remain accessible and usable for future generations of researchers and scholars.
