Archiving Policy
The Journal of Education Administration and Policy Studies is committed to providing long-term digital preservation of its content. To achieve this, we work with external partners to archive our publications. The journal's archiving policy is designed to ensure the availability of its content for future generations of scholars.
Our archiving strategy is based on the following principles:
- LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe): The journal's content is archived in the LOCKSS system, which provides a secure and reliable way to preserve digital content.
- CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS): We also participate in the CLOCKSS archive, which provides a distributed preservation system for digital content.
- Portico: The journal's content is also archived in Portico, a digital preservation service that provides a secure and reliable way to preserve digital content.
In addition to these external archiving partners, the journal also maintains its own digital archive of all published content. This archive is stored on secure servers and is backed up regularly to ensure its availability.
The Journal of Education Administration and Policy Studies is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and adheres to its principles on publication ethics.
