EKSANA: Journal of Community Engagement, Empowerment and Sustainable Development is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and practices in community engagement, community empowerment, and sustainable development.

The journal provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, professionals, community organizations, and policymakers to disseminate the results of community-based research, community service, participatory development, social innovation, and applied knowledge that contribute to meaningful and sustainable community transformation.

EKSANA welcomes interdisciplinary approaches that connect academic knowledge with real-world community needs across education, social sciences, economics, technology, engineering, health, environment, agriculture, culture, entrepreneurship, and other relevant fields.

The journal particularly encourages manuscripts that demonstrate meaningful community participation, innovative interventions, measurable outcomes, local contextual relevance, and potential for sustainable impact. EKSANA also promotes the integration of local wisdom, digital transformation, social innovation, inclusivity, environmental sustainability, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into community engagement initiatives.
